I have copied Citibank for reference.GMA Network has asked the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) to take “necessary action” against Sk圜able for causing disruptions in the airing of the network's programs this month. Because Sky Cable has a Digibox, I have to be physically present beside the DVR so I can switch from one channel to another when recording programs, which defeats the purpose of owning a DVR. In this regard, I am writing to formalize my complain and request for immediate reversal of the same. Then, comes my SOA from Citibank reflecting the charges. As soon as I mentioned this, the person immediately terminated the call.

I told the person that I have not subscribed to any and mentioned that this has long been terminated (10 years ago). I would like also to disclose that I received a call during the same period (week of March 20), apparently introduced as someone from CAT and asked about a CAT subscription.
